Named Accountable GP
The practice assigns a named accountable GP for each new patient. These are assigned alphabetically according to the first letter of your surname.
Female:
A to H – Named accountable GP is Dr Shah
I to Z – Named accountable GP is Dr Ahmed
Male:
A to Khaliq – Named Accountable GP is Dr Shah
Khan to Z – Named Accountable GP is Dr Ahmed
Although you have been assigned a named accountable GP this does not mean you are unable to see another GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
