Childrens' blood tests
Bradford Teaching Hospitals Trust provides a service for children under 12 referred from their GPs for a blood test. This is held in Paediatric Outpatients at St Luke's Hospital, which is situated on level 1 (ground floor level) of Horton Wing. A Paediatric blood test has to be arranged by telephoning Bradford 01274 365469 between the hours of 10am-11am Monday - Friday. An answer phone is available outside these hours. Blood tests will only be carried out if you are in receipt of a fully completed appropriate request card from your GP. PLEASE ASK AT RECEPTION FOR AN INFORMATION LEAFLET.
Flu Drop-in-Sessions
Please note that the flu season will be starting at the Surgery on 25 September 2023. Letters will be sent to patients who are eligible for the flu vaccination. There is a list available at the Surgery with times and dates of the Drop-in-Sessions.
Named Accountable GP
The practice assigns a named accountable GP for each new patient. These are assigned alphabetically according to the first letter of your surname.
Female:
A to H – Named accountable GP is Dr Shah
I to Z – Named accountable GP is Dr Ahmed
Male:
A to Khaliq – Named Accountable GP is Dr Shah
Khan to Z – Named Accountable GP is Dr Ahmed
Although you have been assigned a named accountable GP this does not mean you are unable to see another GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
