Bradford Teaching Hospitals Trust provides a service for children under 12 referred from their GPs for a blood test. This is held in Paediatric Outpatients at St Luke's Hospital, which is situated on level 1 (ground floor level) of Horton Wing. A Paediatric blood test has to be arranged by telephoning Bradford 01274 365469 between the hours of 10am-11am Monday - Friday. An answer phone is available outside these hours. Blood tests will only be carried out if you are in receipt of a fully completed appropriate request card from your GP. PLEASE ASK AT RECEPTION FOR AN INFORMATION LEAFLET.
